Products Description

The main function of the feeding line system is to convey the fodder from the hopper into each feeding pan, make sure the eating of the chickens. When the feeding pan is full of feed or feed is eaten up, the level sensor will control the motor open and closed to feed automatically.

Complete feeding line system will include the following parts:

Hopper : Volume could be customized, galvanized sheet material
Feeding Pan: 4 pans/3m; 3pans/3m, different kinds of pan optional 
Tube with auger:  Φ45mm, galvanized sheet material
Sensor: Time delay range 0-2 hours
Motor : specifcation could be customized
Hanging system: In the middle of house, all steel wire
 

Complete drinking line system will include the following parts:

1. Nipple Drinker: plastic frame and stainless steel nipple drinker, red/yellow/other colors, 15 nipples/3m, 12 nipples/3m2. Water Pipe: round water pipe,lower possibility of water accumulation
 3. Water Regulator : high quality PVC plastic
4. Hanging System: height is adjustable
5. Water Purifier : PP material
